This office is VERY unprofessional! I married my husband a couple of years ago and he already was using this agency so I decided to use them too and when we got a new car, we used them again. I told my husband that we were paying way more than we should be, because not only are we in an older category, we had 3 cars, are safe drivers, no tickets and we should not have been paying so much. But because we were busy with our lives, we never looked into it. We did have them set up to do auto draft every month, which really screwed us up because they never would hold it out on the same day every month. So then we decided to drop one of our cars because we are not using it anymore and I called and asked them to drop the coverage. They dropped it, but still auto drafted the premium out of my account!! I called and told them what had happened and they stated that the day we called to have it stopped, the system was down and when it came back up, they forgot to cancel it. I had to wait 30 days for a refund!!! I told them that their poor service would have me looking for a new company to use. And that is just what we did. We found a company that is saying us $287 a year for MORE coverage then we had before! So I called and told them on the 5th of this month that we wanted our policy cancelled as of the 20th of this month. The lady said she would do it, and she was kinda rude about the whole thing. So my husband told me last night that someone called from the office and wanted to see if our policy was suppose to end on the 20th, he said yes. I told him that come this morning, I bet they would still hold out the premium amount. And of course I check my account and they took out the money!!! I called the lady just now and she said, well I talked to your husband yesterday. THATS RIGHT!!! and we said it was suppose to be set up to cancel, NOT charge us!!! So then she says she would have to check with Home Office to see when I will get my refund. These people have no clue!!! Do not use them! I will probably have to wait another 30 day to get MY money back.
