They have had my phone number on record for my dog's prescription for over 6 months. They failed to call me to let me know a prescription had been waiting for pick up and instead just pulled it. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to pick it up only to be told it had been pulled and I would have to wait 20 minutes. When I asked if they would just transfer it to the Maumelle location, I was told that I would have to be the one to handle the transfer. Luckily, the customer service at the Maumelle location is a million times better than Lonoke, and they handled it all and had the medicine filled before I was even there to pick it up. I am so thankful I no longer have to deal with Lonoke.
