Don't order from this company .. i ordered 668 minnows to come into my store and once i acclimated the fish .. i put them into the tank and within 30 mins they started to float and die .. with in the first 24 hours every fish was die. i called customer service and they were very unhelpful and rude . they told me that the owner of the company would call me on Monday ... three days after this happened. the owner calls me and starts telling me what i did wrong as if he was watching every move i did. i own a pet store .. i know fish and acclimate them all day long .. with not one problem ! why did yours die ? ... he told me they wouldn't not be refunding my money ... if i did this in my business i would not be open anymore because people would stop coming in .. i stay fully behind my product ! ANDERSON DOES NOT ! if you order from this company expect to lost every fish and the money you spend on them . i have informed the federal business bureau ! as fa as i'm concerned these people are scammers and thieve !
